Terms and Conditions for Purchases from Elite Supplements
The following terms and conditions govern your purchase of products ("Products") from the Elite Supplements website. By browsing or purchasing from the Elite Supplements e-commerce site, you agree to adhere to these terms and any additional conditions presented during the purchasing process.
1. Applicability of Terms
1.1 In these terms, "we" and "us" refer to Elite Supplements Ltd, and "our" is used accordingly.
1.2 "You" refers to you, our customer, and "your" is used similarly.
2. Purchasing
2.1 While we strive to ensure that the information on the Elite Supplements e-commerce website is accurate, we do not guarantee its correctness, completeness, or adequacy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided. We may update the website information at any time without notice.
2.2 By placing an order on the Elite Supplements website, you are making an offer to purchase Products in line with these terms and conditions. We may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the Product, or we may decline your order or any part of it. An order is only accepted once we have sent you a confirmation email.
2.3 To make a purchase on your own behalf:
a. You must be at least 18 years old, or if under 18, have consent from a parent or guardian to make the purchase and agree to these terms. b. You must be purchasing for yourself or be authorized to purchase on behalf of someone else.
2.4 If purchasing on behalf of an entity (e.g., company, association, partnership):
a. You must be authorized to accept these terms on behalf of the entity. b. You must be authorized to make the purchase on behalf of the entity. c. You must be authorized to use the entity’s credit card for the purchase. d. References to "you" in these terms include the entity.
2.5 By purchasing from the Elite Supplements website, you confirm that you meet the conditions outlined in clauses 2.3 and 2.4.
2.6 When making a purchase, you must provide all required information (including your name, contact details, and credit card information) for us to process your order.
2.7 We may limit purchases that exceed our current volume or value limits at our discretion.
2.8 All orders are subject to Product availability. If a Product is unavailable, we will try to notify you through the Elite Supplements website.
2.9 If a Product is listed with incorrect pricing or information, or is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If you have already paid for an order that we cancel, we will refund the payment without additional charges.
2.10 Although we aim to display Product images accurately, we do not guarantee that the delivered Product will match the image in terms of color, shape, appearance, or other aspects beyond our control.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 The price for Products is as displayed on the Elite Supplements website at the time you place your order (subject to clause 2.9), plus applicable delivery charges. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Product prices and availability on the website may change without notice.
4.0 Delivery and Ownership
4.1 We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day after accepting your order and receiving full payment. If we cannot dispatch within this timeframe, we will notify you of the expected dispatch date and email confirmation within 2-3 working days.
4.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates, and we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by delays.
4.3 Delivery terms of the service provider apply.
4.4 Ownership and responsibility for each Product pass to you upon delivery.
4.5 If you believe incorrect Products have been delivered, contact us within 10. days of delivery and provide us with an opportunity to investigate. Please refer to clause 5 for more information.
5. Returns
5.1. Item ordered is damaged or faulty. Occasionally, due to factors beyond our control, you might receive goods that are damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us promptly with a photo and a brief description of the issue. After notifying us, we will organise the return of the product for evaluation. Once we confirm the damage or fault, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
To ensure a quick return process, please:
- Keep the original packaging and invoice
- Provide a detailed description of the issue
- Include clear photos of the damage
- Email info@elitesupplements.co.nz to arrange the return
5.2 Change of mind
If you've had a change of heart, you can return your item provided it is unopened, in mint condition, and returned within 10 days of delivery. If the item does not meet these conditions, Elite Supplements reserves the right to decline the return. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that if the return is accepted, a restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund.
5.3 Returns process

Please include proof of purchase along with a detailed explanation for returning the product.
Once received, we will process the return within 5-10 business days. Please note a restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your total.
You must use a courier service for the return; otherwise, we will not receive it. We recommend keeping a record of your shipment until you receive your replacement or credit.
6.0 Consumption Disclaimer
6.1 The information provided on the Website is not intended for diagnosing or treating any health condition or for prescribing medication or other treatments. Always consult your physician or another healthcare professional, and thoroughly review all information from the product manufacturer, including labels and packaging, before taking any medication, nutritional, herbal, or homeopathic supplements, starting any diet or exercise program, or adopting any health treatment. 6.2 In accordance with established legal precedents, Elite Supplements accepts no responsibility for any adverse effects resulting from the consumption of products sold by us. Liability for such effects rests with the manufacturer, who may be governed by laws outside New Zealand.
6.3 Although we test each product and have observed positive effects in our representatives, we do not guarantee that every product will produce the same results for all consumers.
