NZ Delivery Services & Delivery Times
Currently we only provide shipping to New Zealand.
We use NZ Post for our courier service, offering a standard overnight delivery. NZ Post ensures fast and reliable shipping across their extensive domestic network.
The final daily pickup is at 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Estimated Delivery Times*:
- Auckland: 1-2 business days
- North Island: 1-2 business days
- South Island: 1-2 business days
- Rural Areas: Add 1 business day to the above times (We recommend sending to a town or workplace instead of a rural address)
*Excludes public holidays and weekends
Delivery Fees
Standard orders over $99.00 receive free* shipping nationwide.
Standard delivery starts from $5.00 per shipment for orders under $99.00.
Rural delivery $3.80 surcharge per shipment.
Signature Required $2.00 per shipment. Please ensure you do have the 'authority to leave' authorisation set up at your address with NZ Post if you'd like to use this service.
Where can I get help for my delivery?
Please reach out to us at info@elitesupplements.co.nz with your order number and a detailed description of the delivery issue you're encountering.
In most cases, we may need to initiate an investigation with the courier company to address the delivery problem. Rest assured, we will work diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect item/something I did not order
If you have received an incorrect item or if something is missing from your order, please email us at info@elitesupplements.co.nz with a photo of the item you received and the invoice that was included in your package. Please ensure that all products remain unopened if they were sent to you incorrectly.
