Returns Policy

Item ordered is damaged or faulty

Occasionally, due to factors beyond our control, you might receive goods that are damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us promptly with a photo and a brief description of the issue. After notifying us, we will organise the return of the product for evaluation. Once we confirm the damage or fault, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To ensure a quick return process, please:

  • Keep the original packaging and invoice
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue
  • Include clear photos of the damage
  • Email info@elitesupplements.co.nz to arrange the return

Change of mind

If you've had a change of heart, you can return your item provided it is unopened, in mint condition, and returned within 10 days of delivery. If the item does not meet these conditions, Elite Supplements reserves the right to decline the return. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that if the return is accepted, a restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund.

1. Using a carton or courier bag, package product and address to:

2. Please include proof of purchase along with a detailed explanation for returning the product.

3. Once received, we will process the return within 5-10 business days. Please note a restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your total. 

    You must use a courier service for the return; otherwise, we will not receive it. We recommend keeping a record of your shipment until you receive your replacement or credit.
